Smartphone Upgrades are Anemic

Verizon and AT&T hit record lows for smartphone upgrades

I don’t know if this is because smartphone technology is not advancing, so most people really do not see a reason to upgrade. It could also be the pricing of new phones, which is just too high. Either way, this is a problem for smartphone manufactures and carriers.
