Two years ago today I underwent a radical prostatectomy. Two years later and still cancer free. I say this often: I am grateful to be alive. I have lost so many friends to cancer. If I have leaned anything it that it's important to own your health and hug to those you care about often.

I always thought those pills were just sugar. It was not uncommon to get a shot too, but that was reserved for the more complex issues. One of those shots seems to have made me immune to Poison ivy. That is a different story.
