Lower Body / Leg Day 10/10/2024

I crushed the workout today. It felt so good. Here is the workout:

I started with a set of leg extensions, leg curls and calfs to warm up .. light and easy.

Hack Squats: +0 x10, +140 x 5, +235 x4, +235 x4, +235 x4
Good Mornings: 90 x6, 135 x5, 210 x4, 210 x4, 210 x4
Standing / leg press Calves:164 x6, 215 x5, 327 x5, 327 x6, 327 x6

Leg Ext: 192.5 x4, 192.5 x4, 192.5 x4, 140 x6 w/ pause
True Seated Leg Curl: 160 x6, 165 x5, 165 x5
LP Calves: 327 x6, 327 x6, 327 x6

Hanging Leg Rise +20# x 15, 15, 15

I then did sled sprints for 8 reps, followed by 12 minutes of elliptical.

I added that forth set of leg extensions to try to see if I could use less weight and get good quad stimulation. I am approaching the full stack of weights and I need to make a change to extent my use of this leg extension machine. This felt great.

I am making great progress on hack squats. Great progress.

My diet yesterday was on plan. I started with 0.3 oz of bison liver and 0.8 oz of oysters, 6 oz of salmon, and 4 eggs. Meal 2 was 10 oz of ground bison and 4 eggs. Meal 3 was 10 oz of ground bison and 4 eggs. I had yogurt and protein before early morning cardio and about 2 hour before bed.

My step count was just short of 19,000.

My weight was slightly up at just under 181 lbs and I am feeling great.
