Arms 11/9/2025

Today, I pushed myself to failure with all my sets, and it resulted in a fantastic pump. Here’s a breakdown of my workout:

  • JM Press: 3 sets to failure.
  • EZ pushdown: 3 sets to failure.
  • EZ OH pushdown: 3 set to failure.
  • True preacher curls: 3 set to failure.
  • EZ cable curls 3 sets to failure.
  • Seated DB curls: 3 sets to failure.
  • Wrist cruls, both directions for 3 sets.
  • Wrist roller for 3 sets.
  • Elliptical 25 minutes.

This was great. I felt strong and motivated today.

My weight this morning was 187.1 pounds.

Total steps yesterday was 16,456.
