Legs 11/10/2025

My legs feel numb .. well worked and sore. This one was quad focused and it was great. The pump was great!

  • Smith machine squats: 3 sets to failure
  • Hack Squat: 2 sets to failure.
  • Superset: Leg extensions + Sissy Squats: 3 set of each to failure.
  • Seated leg curls: 3 sets to failure.
  • Unliteral standing leg curls: 2 sets to failure.
  • Giant set of abs, calves, adductors and rear delt cable flies: 3 sets to failure.

This was an amazing workout. I felt good about the depth of the squats too.

My weight this morning was 186.7 pounds.

Steps yesterday: 13,871.
