Chest & Shoulders 4/30/2025

It was back to a chest and shoulder workout today and I hit it with intensity. Here is the full workout:

  • Incline bench machine rotated with incline DB bench. I did 3 sets of the machine and two sets of the DBs. The incline on the DB bench was steap and it felt great. I took all of the sets to failure+, starting a little heavy on the maching.
  • Superset: Decline cable fly + pushups. 3 sets to failure+ with a. drop set on the last set. The 1st set was actaully a little short of failure because it was too ligh bu the pump was still intense.
  • Cable face pull: 3 sets to failure with a drop set on the last set.
  • Cable side laterals: 3 sets to failure+ with a drop set for the last set.
  • HIIT Bike sprints 8 reps.
  • Elliptical for 13 minutes.

Finished feeling a great pump and like I had really used every muscle fiber.

My food intake yesterday:

  • Pre-workout I had serving of yogurt with a scoop of meal replacment mix (HLTH Code). Post workout I had a serving of yogurt.
  • Meal 1 was 10 oz of bison / beef mix, 4 eggs, a can of sardines, 0.5 oz of bison liver, and 0.6 oz of oysters. I added a square of chocolate.
  • Meal 2 was 10 oz of bison / ground beef mix 1/2 of an avocado and 4 eggs.
  • Meal 3 was a beef sirloin steak and 4 eggs.
  • About 2.5 hours before bed I had a serving of yogurt with a scoop of protein amd a slice of cheese.

My weight this morning was 183.2 pounds. Step count yesterdayu was 15,239 steps.
