Back 5/22/2025
Back to the back .. and it was great. Let's just get to the numbers today:
- Pull down: 2 sets to failure+. I started a little lighter for the 1st set then added 20 lbs for the second set. For the second set I made that into a supeset with a set of cable pullovers. Wow, that was great.
- Chest supported DB rows: 3 sets to failure+.
- Super set w/ High rows + cable pullovers: 2 sets to failure+.
- Wide grip, chest supported t-bar row: 2 sets to failure+.
- Preformed in a giant set: Cable crunches, knees over toes, hopping and a pumping neutral grip pullups (3 sets)
- Elliptical 23 minutes.
Super good back workout and decent focus today.
My food intake yesterday:
- Pre-workout I had serving of yogurt with a scoop of HLTH code. Post wokrout I added a second serving of yogurt with no protein.
- Meal 1 was 13g of bison liver, 13g of oysters, 170g of salmon, 4 eggs and a slice of cheese (17g).
- Meal 2 was 10 of ground beef / bison mix, a slice of cheese (17g) and 4 eggs.
- Meal 3 was 250g ground bison / beef mix and 4 eggs.
- About 3 hours before bed, I had a serving of yogurt with a scoop of protein.
My weight this morning was 184.2 and total fat was 18.3 pounds. Total steps yesterday was 16,155.
