Arms 5/7/2025
I certainly killed arms today and the pump was amazing. Here is the workout:
- Alternating DB Curls: 3 sets to failure+. I started with the 55s and dropped the weight eash set while working on the squeeze.
- True preacher curl: 2 sets to failure+.
- Stretch cable curl: 7 set Myo-reps .. what a killer. I tried to vary the rep speed, add some static holds and just bust out a good finisher. Wow.
- Rope pushdown: 3 sets to failure+.
- OH cable extensions: 2 sets to failure+.
- EZ bar push down: 7 set Myo-reps .. took these to failure and varied the reps speed, adding some holds. Another great finisher.
- Sled HIIT / Sprints: 10 minutes / 8 reps.
- Elliptical 12 minutes.
The pump from this workout was intense and my arms will feel this for hours.
My food intake yesterday:
- Pre-workout I had a servings of yogurt with a scoop of protein. Post workout I added a second serving of yogurt, no added protein.
- Meal 1 10 oz of ground bison / beef mix, 0.4 oz of bison liver, 0.6 oz of oysters, a can of sardines, 4 eggs and a square of dark chocolate.
- Meal 2 was 10 oz of grond bison, 4 eggs and a slice of cheese.
- Meal 3 was a beef sirloing steak and 4 eggs.
- About 2.5 hours before going to bed I had a serviing of yogurt and a scoop of protien (a double serving).
My weight this morning was 183.8. I managed to get 11,812 steps yeterday but the rain sure held me back.
