Back &. Rear Delts 6/28/2025

"Back is Back" .. a word play on an another one of my favorite AC/DC albums. That one was release in 1980 .. I was young. Now at 67 I am still rocking to this one. It resonates with our workout vibes and helped me geat an amazing pump.

The details:

  • Pull downs: 3 sets to failure with partials. @lifting2recover helped me with a couple of forced reps on the 3rd set. Great starter.
  • Seated low row machine: 3 sets to failure .. ouch. I added weight for every set.
  • High Row machine: 3 sets to failure with partials.
  • DB Pullovers: 3 sets near failure. I supseted this with cable pullovers.
  • Reverse fly: 4 sets in the pec deck to failure.
  • A giant set: abs, knees over toes and jumping. 3 sets.
  • Elliptical for 20 minutes.

This felt great. We are taking tomorrow off for some scheduling issues and will be back at arms the following day. I feel fresh but the recovery day will be nice.

The macros for yesterday was:

  • Calories: 3282 .. a little extra to stop some weight loss.
  • Protein: 212g
  • Carbs: 38g
  • Fat: 257

My weight this morning was 183.8. My total fat was 14.7 pounds. That can't be right.

Total steps yesterday was 21,792.
