Arms 6/8/2025
I was awake and active later than normal yesterday so we started the arm workokut a little later and my energy was a little off when we started. That did not last .. after a warmup and a little prework that includeed 50mg of caffeine I was 'on'. In the end, it was an amazing workout.
The workout follows:
- True machine dips: 3 sets to failure+. I though I did a drop set on the final set, but I didn't write that down. I don't recod weights anyway, but I usually record the exercise and any intensifier but maybe I forgot to record it. :).
- EZ bar pushdowns: 3 sets to failure+.
- Rope OH Extensions: 3 sets to failre+. I did a rest/pause on the final set.
- Cable preacher curls: 3 sets to failure+. What a pump.
- Alternating DB curls: 3 sets to failure+ with a drop on the last set.
- True machine curls: 3 sets to failure+ with a drop on the final set.
- one set of wrist roller for forearms .. wha a burn.
- Sled HIIT / Sprints: 10 minutes / 8 reps.
- Elliptical 12 minutes.
This gave me a super pump and felt good deep in the muscle tissue.
My food intake yesterday:
- Pre-workout I had a servings of yogurt with a 83.6g of strawberries, a scoop of equip protein, a scoop of MCT powder, and someting I regret a little dextrose. That gave me a bad case of brain fog and I will not repeat that experiemnt. blueberrie
- Meal 1 was a serving of yogurt, 2 seoops of HLTH code powder, Butter and 2 eggs. Liver, oysters, ground bison, 4 eggs, tallow, butter, and a serving of yogurt.
- Meal 2 was 5 eggs, a can of sardines (in water), 1 tablespoon of olive oil, butter, a slice of cheese, and a square of dark chocolate.
- Meal 3 was Grouind bison, 4 eggs, tallow, and butter.
Macros for the day:
Calories: 3134
Protein: 218g
Carbs: 63g
Fat: 229g
That was too many carbs, and the powder for preworkt did not workout well. My glucose was high all day.
My weight this morning was 183.3 pounds and total fat was 14.7 pounds.
Total steps yesterday was 16,082.
