Legs 7/1/2025

Legs: Day of pain .. but good pain. we killed legs today. This was ham focused but you would not kow that by how this turned out. Great leg workout. The workout details follow:

  • Lying leg curls: 4 sets to failure with some partials after I lost good form. This generated a great pump in the hams and was a great starter. I didn't write it down but the last set was a drop set.
  • RDL: 4 sets .. none to total failure but super intense. I started at 245, then 265, then 315 and finished with 225 for extra reps. Oh that was intense.
  • Seated leg curls; 1 sets to failure but high reps with a few partials.
  • Hack squats: 4 sets to near failure. The last set was a strip set .. taking some weight off for 2 drops but no rest.
  • Leg extension: 1 drop set .. I was shot when this was done. Pumped quads and hams.
  • A giant set of abs, calves and heavy adductors: 3 sets.

This workout was great. I think the volume was just right and my legs feel like jello. A great workot.

My macros for yesterday:

Total calories: 3461
Protein: 239g Fat: 264g Carbs: 62g (A little high but extra yogurt today)

My weight this morning was 183.9 and total fat was 16.6 pounds.

Steps yesterday: 12,685.
