Chest & Shoulders 7/6/2025

Talk about a pump .. picture it in your mind and feel it in your muscles. All that blood in those muscles .. it feels like the skin is so tight it may have a blowout. Now that is how I felt after the chest & shoulder workout today. A super great workout. Here it is:

  • Low incline smith bench press: 3 sets and the last was a drop set. I relly felt good at this bench angle and it was amazing. I even di some partials.
  • Low Incline DB bench (same bench .. same angle): 3 sets to failure.
  • Cable decline fly: This was more of a press and it felt great. I did 3 sets bu the 1st was too light.
  • Cable fly to press: 2 sets.
  • True OH press: 2 sets to failure.
  • True side lateral machine: 3 sets to failure with partials.
  • Sleed HIIT sprints: 8 reps.
  • Elliptical for 12 minutes.

I really enjoyed myself today. This was a super great workout.

The macros for the yesterday:

  • Calories: 3542
  • Protein: 239g
  • Carbs: 48g (much better but taking it lower)
  • Fat: 282g

My weight this morning was 183.6 and fat was 14.7 pounds.

My step count yesterday was only 19,328.
