Crushed an incredible back workout today! Thirty intense sets really pushed me to the limit. Here is the full breakdown:

  • Chest supported DB rows: Six sets in the 10 to 12 range. Weight was up 5 pounds from last week.
  • High Row: Six sets in the 10 to 12 rep ranges but the weight was up 5 pounds.
  • Pull down: 6 sets in the 10 to 12 range. Yes, the weight was 5 pounds over last week.
  • Unlateral true row: 6 sets of 12 reps but a 5 pound jump .
  • t-bar bow: 6 sets of 10 to 12 reps.
  • Abs for 8 sets.
  • Elliptical for 15 minutes.

My weight this morning was 186.4 pounds with 13 pounds of fat.

Total steps yesterday was 16,499.
