Back & Abs 6/18/2026
Crushed an incredible back workout today! Thirty intense sets really pushed me to the limit. Here is the full breakdown:
- Chest supported DB rows: Six sets in the 10 to 12 range. Weight was up 5 pounds from last week.
- High Row: Six sets in the 10 to 12 rep ranges but the weight was up 5 pounds.
- Pull down: 6 sets in the 10 to 12 range. Yes, the weight was 5 pounds over last week.
- Unlateral true row: 6 sets of 12 reps but a 5 pound jump .
- t-bar bow: 6 sets of 10 to 12 reps.
- Abs for 8 sets.
- Elliptical for 15 minutes.
My weight this morning was 186.4 pounds with 13 pounds of fat.
Total steps yesterday was 16,499.
