Arms 10/18/2025

It was arm day and the workout was great. Here is the full arm blast:

  • True machine dip: 3 sets to failure. Set 1 and 2 were in the 8 rep range and the final set was in the 10 rep range. This generated a great pump.
  • EZ pushdowns: 3 sets to failure. The rep schedule was the same as what I did for dips.
  • EZ OH extensions: 3 sets to failure.
  • Alternateing DB curls: 3 sets to failure with a drop for the last set.
  • Cable curls: I was focused on the stretch and did 3 sets to failure.
  • Hammer preacher curls: 3 sets to failure.
  • Wrist cruls, both directions for 3 sets.
  • Wrist roller for 3 sets.
  • Echo bike HIIT: 8 reps.
  • Elliptical 10 minutes.

This game me a great pump and I was super happy with this workout.

My weight this morning was 186.6 pounds at 10% bodyfat.

Total steps yesterday was 18,656.
