Arms 10/18/2025
It was arm day and the workout was great. Here is the full arm blast:
- True machine dip: 3 sets to failure. Set 1 and 2 were in the 8 rep range and the final set was in the 10 rep range. This generated a great pump.
- EZ pushdowns: 3 sets to failure. The rep schedule was the same as what I did for dips.
- EZ OH extensions: 3 sets to failure.
- Alternateing DB curls: 3 sets to failure with a drop for the last set.
- Cable curls: I was focused on the stretch and did 3 sets to failure.
- Hammer preacher curls: 3 sets to failure.
- Wrist cruls, both directions for 3 sets.
- Wrist roller for 3 sets.
- Echo bike HIIT: 8 reps.
- Elliptical 10 minutes.
This game me a great pump and I was super happy with this workout.
My weight this morning was 186.6 pounds at 10% bodyfat.
Total steps yesterday was 18,656.
