Legs 10/20/2025
Leg day is my absolute favorite day. It gives me a bit of anxiety, but I absolutely love it. Today’s workout was hamstring-focused, but I naturally included some quad work as well. Here’s the workout breakdown:
- Lying leg curls: 3 sets to failure with the last set including a drop.
- RDLs: 3 sets (after warmups). I did 275, the 305 x 2for 5 reps. This felt relly good.
- Seated leg curls: 3 sets to failure with a drop on last set.
- Smith machine squats: one lighter set for 13 reps but not to failure followed by a set to failreu at 6 reps.
- Leg press: 2 sets to failre.
- Superset Leg extensions + Sissy squats: 2 sets to failure.
- Giant set of abs, calves and adductors: 3 sets to failure.
I had an excellent leg pump today. I’m sure I’ll feel it for a day or two. It was another great workout.
My weight this morning was 185.5 pounds.
Steps yesterday: 11,363.
