Wow, that was a fantastic workout! My back is definitely feeling the burn after that intense lift. Here’s a breakdown of the full workout:

  • Chest supported T-Bar rows: 4 sets to failure. I did 2 with a neutral grip and 2 with a reverse grip.
  • Hammer high row: 4 sets to failure. the first 3 were in the 8 to 9 rep range and the last set was in the 11 rep range.
  • Low Row: 2 sets to failure.
  • Superset: Neutral grip pull down + Cable pullovers: 2 sets to failure.
  • Giant set: abs, knees over toes,jumping and high rep reverse cable fly. 3 sets.
  • Echo bike HIIT 8 reps.
  • Elliptical for 12 minutes.

I suppose I’ll recover, but it’ll take me the entire day. Today’s workout was incredibly intense, and I felt an exceptional mind-muscle connection.

My weight this morning was 186.2 pounds.
