Arms 10/27/2025

It was arm day, and the pump was intense! My arms feel like they’re about to burst. Here’s the full arm blast:

  • True machine dip: 3 sets to failure. I did a drop set for the last set. Wow, great starter.
  • EZ OH extensions: 3 sets to failure. I even gota a PR on this today.
  • EZ pushdowns: 3 sets to failure.
  • True seated curls: 3 sets to failure.
  • Cable curls: I love the stretch on these and did 3 sets to failure.
  • Unliteral spinder curls: 3 sets to failure.
  • Wrist cruls, both directions for 3 sets.
  • Wrist roller for 3 sets.
  • Sled HIIT: 8 reps.
  • Elliptical 15 minutes.

Today’s workout was fantastic! It gave me a great pump, and I was thoroughly satisfied with it.

My weight this morning was 185.3 pounds.

Total steps yesterday was 17,698.
