Legs 10/28/2025
Today was a hamstring-focused leg day. My Romanian Deadlifts (RDLs) are progressing well, and I anticipate reaching 3 plates next time. It’s fantastic to resume performing trap bar deadlifts and Romanian deadlifts. Here’s a detailed breakdown of the workout:
- Lying leg curls: 3 sets to failure with the last set including a drop.
- RDLs: 3 sets (after warmups). I did 310 for 3 sets of 5 reps. Three plates next time.
- Seated leg curls: 3 sets to failure.
- Leg press: 2 sets to failure. I hit a PR on the 1st set.
- Superset Leg extensions + Sissy squats: 2 sets to failure.
- Giant set of abs, calves, rear delts and adductors: 3 sets to failure.
My legs are exhausted. I believe I should have included a set of squats for my quads, just to increase the volume.
My weight this morning was 186.3 pounds at just over 10%.
