Chest & Shoulders 11/3/2025

I was feeling great today and my energy levels were reflected in my preformace today. Here is the workout.

  • Low incline smith bench (10°): 3 sets to failure.
  • Hammer seated chest press: 3 sets to failure.
  • Decline bench DB Fly: 3 sets sets to failure with a focus on the deep stretch.
  • Standing cable decline press: 2 sets to failure.
  • Smith OH press: 3 sets to failure.
  • Superset: True side lateral + cable rev fly: 2 sets.
  • Superset: face pull + cable side laterals: 2 sets to failure.
  • Elliptical for 25 minutes.

Excellent workout today. The pump was intense and I am sure I will be sore tomorrow.
My morning weight was 185.6 pounds.

My step count yesterday was 18,585.
