Legs 11/2/2025

I stayed with the smith squats today and it was a killer. The weights were slightly up and i felt great. Here’s the workout:

  • Smith machine squats: 3 sets to failure
  • Hack Squat: 2 sets to failure.
  • Leg extensions + Sissy Squats: 3 set of each to failure.
  • Seated leg curls: 2 sets to failure.
  • Standing leg curls: 2 sets to failure.
  • Giant set of abs, calves and adductors: 3 sets to failure.

I was happy with this workot. I did feel i was a litlte short on the ROM for squats on a few reps but it was still solid.

My weight this morning was 185.6 pounds.

Steps yesterday: 18,160.
