Arms 11/1/2025

Yesterday, I took a day off and just did an easy cardio session. I felt rejuvenated today and managed to complete this arm workout efficiently and with good intensity. Here are the details of the workout:

  • JM Press: 3 sets to failure. I barely locked out the last rep for every set today.
  • Rope incline bench pushdown: 3 sets to failure.
  • OH Rope pushdown: 3 set to failure.
  • Seated DB curls: 3 sets to failure with a drop on the last set. I focused on the strech.
  • Alternating DB curls. 3 seets with a drop on the last set.
  • True preacher curls: 3 set to failure.
  • Wrist cruls, both directions for 3 sets.
  • Wrist roller for 3 sets.
  • High rep rev cable curls: 3 sets
  • Sled sprints - HIIT: 8 reps.
  • Elliptical 15 minutes.

What a great workout. After a day off the energy was high and that felt great.

My weight this morning was 186.6 pounds.

Total steps yesterday was 19,703.
