I kept the volume high today, and I didn’t take any sets to failure. I’m thinking I’ll keep this up for another day. Today’s sets were mostly in the 10 to 12 rep range, with about a minute of rest between each set. Here’s what I did today:

  • True machine dip: 6 sets.
  • EZ pushdowns: 6 sets.
  • EZ OH extensions: 6 sets.
  • Rope Pushdown: 2 sets.
  • True seated curls: 6 sets.
  • Cable curls: 6 sets.
  • Hammer preacher curls: 6 sets.
  • Cable ez curls: 2 sets.
  • Wrist cruls, both directions for 3 sets.
  • Wrist roller for 3 sets.
  • Rev cable fly: 3 sets (20 reps).
  • Sled HIIT: 8 reps.
  • Elliptical 15 minutes.

Lots of volume and no failuire .. felt good but I think I prefer those sets to failure and a little less volume.

My weight this morning was 183.1 pounds at 9.5%.

Total steps yesterday was 17,410.
