Legs 11/6/2025
Today was a hamstring-focused leg day. I tried to mix some higher volume type work with heavier, near failure work. This is what I cam e up with and executed today:
- Lying leg curls: 6 sets.
- Seatedd leg curls: 6 sets.
- RDLs: 3 sets (after warmups). I rested 3 minutes for thsee and went to 300 on the last 2 sets.
- Leg press: 3 sets but short of failure in the 8 rep range.
- Leg extensions: 6 sets with 1 minute rest and higher rep range.
- Giant set of abs, calves, rear delts and adductors: 3 sets to failure.
My legs are shot. This felt great.
My weight this morning was 187.7 pounds at just over 10%.
Steps yesterday: 13,656.
