Back 12/28/2025
The deadlifts moved easy today .. I could have gone heavier. Here is the full workout:
- Trap bar deadlift: 3 sets of 5 at 310 pounds.
- Pulldowns: 3 sets to failure.
- Superset: True seated row + Cable pullovers: 3 sets to failure.
- Superset: t-bar wide grip + Assisted chins: 2 sets of each to failure.
- Giant set: abs, knees over toes, jumping and rear delt cables. 3 sets.
- Elliptical for 20 minutes.
This left me with a major pump. Deadlifts don't generate a pump like this but the rest of the workout sure did.
My weight this morning was 189.9 pounds.
Total steps yesterday was 15,240.
