Arms 12/29/2025

I was feeling great when I woke up and this arm workout was amazing. Here’s the details:

  • JM Press: 3 sets to failure.
  • EZ Pushdown : 3 sets to failure.
  • EZ OH extension: 3 set to failure.
  • EZ bar curls: 3 sets to failure.
  • Hammer preacher curls: 3 sets to failure.
  • Seated DB Curls: 3 set to failure.
  • Wrist cruls, both directions for 3 sets.
  • Wrist roller for 3 sets.
  • Sled HIIT: 8 reps.
  • Elliptical 15 minutes.

I still have some tendinitis in my right elbow. I worked around it for this workotu and the result was a great pump!

My weight this morning was 190.3.

Total steps yesterday was 15,744.
