Chest & Shoulders 12/31/2025
My knee is feeling much better. I am still feeling a little issue with my righ elbow. I pushed it a little more today but didn't go to failure. Here is the workout.
- Neutral grip incline press: 3 sets.
- Hammer Strength Press: 3 sets.
- Pec Deck: 3 sets.
- True OH press: 2 sets .. this didn't feel as good.
- Superset: cable side lateral + rev pec deck. 3 sets.
- Echo Bike HIIT: 8 reps.
- Elliptical for 15 minutes.
Short but this felt good. Well, the overhad presses didn't feel so good but the rest was good.
I didn't et a weight this morning.
My step count yesterday was 12,903.
