Chest & Shoulders

I moved back to cable benching today and it felt great. I used the same bench I usually use, but setup to be an incline bench. This felt great and allowed me to get a great pump. Here is the rest of the workout:

  • Incline cable bench: 3 sets to failure+.
  • Incline machine press, neutral grip: 2 sets to failure+.
  • Incline cable bench fly: 2 sets to failure+.
  • Cable fly: Myoreps .. 7 total sets.
  • Cable side laterals: 2 sets to failure+.
  • Rope face pull: 2 sets to failure+.
  • OH True machine press: 1 set to failure+.
  • HIIT Bike sprints 8 reps.
  • Elliptical for 12 minutes.

This workout resulted in a great pump for both my chest and delts. It felt great.

My food intake yesterday:

  • Pre walking: I had serving of yogurt with a scoop of meal replacment mix (HLTH Code). Post cardio I had a serving of yogurt.
  • Meal 1 was 10 oz of ground bison / beef mix, 4 eggs and added a square of chocolate.
  • Meal 2 was 10 oz of bison, 4 eggs and a slice of cheese.
  • Meal 3 was a sirloin steak and 4 eggs.
  • About 2.5 hours before bed I had a serving of yogurt with a scoop of proteim and a slice of cheese.

My weight this morning was 182.7 pounds. I reached a low level of steps yesterday .. 12,719 steps.
