Chest & Shoulders 7/10/2025

Today was chest and shoulders. The pump came on fast today. We hit the heavier stuff 1st and used a lot of cable work into this one. Here's the details:

  • Incline neutral grip bench machine: 3 sets to failure with some partials at the end.
  • Incline cable press: 3 sets to failure.
  • Incline cable flys: 3 sets to failure with partials. The last sets was extra solid as I moved into a pressing set to polish off the effort.
  • Decline wide cable fly: 1 sets.
  • True OH press: 3 sets to failure.
  • Unilateral cable side laterals: 2 sets to failure with partials.
  • Bike HIIT sprints: 8 reps.
  • Elliptical for 13 minutes.

Even the shoulder pump was amazing today.

The macros for the yesterday:

  • Calories: 3787
  • Protein: 276g
  • Carbs: 56g
  • Fat: 290g

I picked up a new scale. I will report numbers soon but weight is holding study. I think it is showing different numbers compared to my old scale. More soon.

My step count yesterday was 22.645.
