Arms 7/8/2025

We tried a coule of new exercises today. I'll get into those shortly. Overall this workout was super and the pump was great. I knmw my weights have been going up and I feel like I am getting deeper into the zone every workout. I noticed it most on JM presses .. mroe weight and deep into fatigue on every set. Here is our workout from today:

  • JM Press: 3 sets to failure.
  • OH EZ bar extensions: 4 sets to failure with a few partials.
  • Incline bench pushdowns: 3 sets to failure with partials. This felt much better than normal pushdowns because the back was stable and it was totally focused on the Tricep muscle.
  • Incline bench cable curls: I only did 1 set here .. it didn't feel right. I will try this again another time but it felt my my left shoulder was doing too much work.
  • True curls: 2 sets to failure with partials.
  • EZ bar curls: 3 sets to failure.
  • Unilateral spider curls: 3 sets to failure. Focus on the squeeze.
  • Wrist curls .. both ways for 4 sets.
  • Wrist roller: 3 sets.
  • Sled HIIT / Sprints: 10 minutes / 8 reps.
  • Elliptical 13 minutes.

I am typig this over 2 hours post workout and the pump is still real.

Calories: 3469
Protein: 227g Carbs: 47g
Fat: 278g

My weight this morning was 185.1 and fast was 14.8.

Total steps yesterday was 18,467.
