Back & Rear Delts 8/19/2025

My energy was a little off today. I still finished with a great pump and my back felt the workout. As I worked, my intensity improved. Overall it was great. Here's todays workout:

  • Pulldowns: 3 sets to failure.
  • True seated rows: 3 sets to failure.
  • Superset: Cable high rows (Long D handle) + Cable pullovers: 3 sets to failure.
  • Neutral grip pullup: 1 set to failure,
  • Superset: Neutral grip pullup + Wide grip chest supported rows. 2 sets to failure.
  • Giant set: abs, knees over toes and jumping. 3 sets.
  • Elliptical for 23 minutes.

This felt good, even with a slow start. Overall the stretch was great on the high rows and rows. A good contraction too.

My weight this morning was 185.4.

Total steps yesterday was 16,565.
