Arms 8/20/2025
Another killer arm workout today. The pump was amazing. Here are the details:
- Seated EZ bar pushdowns: 3 sets to failure. I have not done these for a while. It felt good and generated a great pump.
- OH Rope extensions: 3 sets to failure.
- Seated dips: 3 sets to failure and a drop on the last set.
- Seated cable curls: The stretch on these was amazing. I don't think I have ever felt more bicep stretch.
- Incline bench preacher cable curl (unilateral) 3 sets to failure.
- Seated ez bar cable curls: 3 sets to failure.
- Wrist cruls, both directions for 3 sets.
- Wrist roller for 3 sets.
- Sled HIIT: 8 reps.
- Elliptical 12 minutes.
I think I am going to be sore all day from this one. The strech always makes me sore, but everyting here was full range-of-motion work.
My weight this morning was 185.1.
Total steps yesterday was 16,573.
