Legs 8/25/2025

Today was leg day. It was with my training partner, Derek. When we train together the intensity is always at a peak. It was intense. I totally love it. Here is the workout:

  • Leg Press: 3 sets to failure. When I say failure .. I mean failure. It was the second set and a large PR. On rep 5 or 6 (not sure) I lowered the weight and started the push. I mobved it about 5 inches and failed. This is where training with someone makes a big difference .. he helped and I survived. Wow.
  • Superset: Leg extensions + sissy squats. 3 sets to failure with partials.
  • Lying leg curls: 2 sets to failure.
  • Superset: Seated leg curls + higher rep RDLs. 2 sets to failure.
  • Giant set: Abs, calves and adductors: 3 sets.

I really feel this one. It's going to take a couple days to recover. Great pump and a great workout.

My weight this morning was 183.8 and total fat was 16.5 pounds.

Steps yesterday: 13,135.
