Arms 8/24/2025

Super arm pump today and a great arm workout. I didn't video any of the workout. I was running a little later than normal and just needed to stay focused on the work. Here are the details:

  • JM Presses: 3 sets to failure. This felt heavy today.
  • EZ bar pushdowns: 3 sets to failure.
  • EZ bar OH extensions: 3 sets to failure.
  • Preacher curls: 3 sets to failure.
  • True seated machine curls: 3 sets to failure.
  • Cable curls: 3 sets to failure with focus on the stretch.
  • Wrist cruls, both directions for 3 sets.
  • Wrist roller for 3 sets.
  • Elliptical 20 minutes.

The pump felt great and I was efficent with this workout. The rest between sets was on target too.

My weight this morning was 185.6.

Total steps yesterday was 14,333.
