Back & Rear Delts 8/23/2025

I had good energy today and the workout was great. Here's todays workout:

  • Hammer high row: 3 sets to failure. I superseted the last 2 sets with cable pullovers.
  • Low row machine: 3 sets to failure.
  • Wide grip pulldowns: 3 sets to failure.
  • Seated cable rows: 3 set to failure,
  • Pec deck reverse fly: 3 sets to failure.
  • Reverse cable fly: 3 sets to failure.
  • Giant set: abs, knees over toes and jumping. 3 sets.
  • Elliptical for 23 minutes.

I was really happy with this workout. The pump was great and I paced my sets better than yesterday.

My weight this morning was 183.7 and total fat was 16.5 pounds.

Total steps yesterday was 16,539.
