Back & Rear Delts 8/27/2025

The intensity was super high today. I felt this lift in my back on every rep. It was great! Here's todays workout:

  • Superset: DB Pullover + Cable Pullover for 3 sets to failure. This combination is highly effective, and the lifts complement each other well.
  • Cable high rows. 2 sets, unilateral, to failure.
  • Cable high rows. 1 sets, bilateral, to failure.
  • True seated row: 3 sets to failure.
  • Wide seated cable rows: 1 set to failure,
  • Reverse cable fly: 3 sets to failure.
  • Giant set: abs, knees over toes and jumping. 3 sets.
  • Elliptical for 20 minutes.

This was a great workout. The pump was intense. The intensity was great and we pushed each other hard.

My weight this morning was 185.0 pounds.

Total steps yesterday was 15,551.
