Arms 8/28/2025

The pump today was crazy. It exceeded the last arm workout and maybe was the best arm workout in months. The extra stretch in the seated curls was amazing but I am getting ahead of myself. The workout:

  • JM Presses: 3 sets to failure. This was much better than last time. The weights felt better and with Derek there was took it to failure with more confidence.
  • Seated EZ bar pushdowns: 3 sets to failure. Wow, this is an amazing movement. The pump was awesome.
  • Rope OH extensions: 3 sets to failure.
  • True Preacher curls: 3 sets to failure.
  • Seated cable curls .. big stretch!!! 3 sets to failure. This cooked my biceps.
  • DB unilateral spider curls: 3 sets to failure with focus on the squeeze.
  • Wrist cruls, both directions for 3 sets.
  • Wrist roller for 3 sets.
  • Sled HIIT: 8 reps.
  • Elliptical 10 minutes.

My arms felt like they were exploding after this workout. Wow.

My weight this morning was 185.5.

Total steps yesterday was 14,076.
