Legs 8/29/2025

I donated blood yesterday and was not sure how much energy I would have for the workout today. I may nave been off on 1 set but overall it was great. Here is the workout:

  • Smith squats: 2 working sets to near failure. I don't think I had another rep in the tank so I'll call it failure.
  • Hack Squats: 2 sets. I took these to failure.
  • Leg extensions: 2 set to failure.
  • Lying Leg curls: 2 sets to failure with partials.
  • Seated Leg curls: 2 sets to failure. I added some paertials.
  • Superset of Abs, calves: 3 sets each.
  • Adductors: 3 sets.

My legs are very sore and I expect to feel this for a couple of days. This will be the last day of training with Derek until Tuesday for his 12 hour work days x3. Chest and shoulders solo tomorrow.

My weight this morning was 185.0 pounds.

Steps yesterday: 14,120.
