Arms 8/8/2025

Today was a solo arm workout. I missed my arm day over the weekend and wasted no time in getting a pump today. I will just jump right to the details:

  • JM Press: 3 sets to failure.
  • Rope PD: 3 sets to failure with a few partials after I could not preform full reps. I switched to the rope for the 3rd set.
  • Rope OH Cable extensions: 3 sets to failure.
  • Alt DB Curls: 3 sets to failure and a drop on the last set.
  • Cable Curls: 3 sets to failure with partials.
  • True preacher curls: 2 sets to failure with partials.
  • True seated curls: 1 set to failure.
  • Wrist cruls, both directions for 3 sets.
  • Wrist roller for 3 sets.
  • BIKE HIIT Sprints: 8 reps.
  • Elliptical 12 minutes.

What a great pump, My mental game was better today too.

My weight this morning was 183.9 and total fat was 16.5 pounds.

Total steps yesterday was 17,894.
