Legs 8/9/2025

Derek and I trained together today and it was a good one. We started with squats and it it hard. Here is the workout:

  • Smith Squats: 3 sets. I kept it in the 7 to 9 rep range and at or very near failure.
  • RDL: 3 sets: Same here .. 7 to 9 reps right to the edge of failure.
  • Leg Extensions: 3 sets to failure with partials and a drop on the last set.
  • Lying leg curls: 3 set to failure with a drop on the last set.
  • Superset: Abs & calves 3 sets.
  • Adductors: 3 sets to failure.

This felt great. I woiuld love to gone for 3 more sets of quads and hams but muy legs were shot. Tomorrow is chest and we plan to kill it.

My weight this morning was 183.7 pounds.

Steps yesterday: 16,694.
