Chest & Shoulders 8/10/2025

I was running low on sleep today but still had a great workout and got a great pump. I will just get right to the numbers:

  • Low incline smith press: 3 sets to failure.
  • Low incline DB press: 3 sets to failure.
  • Pec Deck fly: 3 sets to failure. big focus on the stretch.
  • Superset: True press & Cable fly to press: 1 set to failure.
  • True OH press: 3 sets to failure.
  • True machine slide laterals: 3 sets to failure with as many partials as I could get.
  • Sled HIIT: 8 reps over 10 minutes.
  • Elliptical for 12 minutes.

This really was a great workout. The next few workouts will be solo so it was great to workout with Derek today.

My body weight this morning was 184.8 and total fat was 16.6 pounds.

My step count yesterday was 17,279.
