Back & Rear Delts 8/11/2025

This was a good back workout. I find that I get a better connect to chest than I do to back but I try to focus and make back as intense and good as a chest day. This was a good one. Here's todays workout:

  • Yates rows: 3 sets to failure.
  • Superset: Pull downs + cable pullovers: 3 sets to failure.
  • Hammer high rows: 3 sets to failure.
  • Chest supported DB Rows: 3 sets to failure.
  • Cable crossing reverse flys: 3 sets to failure.
  • Seated cable rows, neutral grip: 3 sets to failure.
    [comment]: <> - A giant set: abs, knees over toes and jumping. 3 sets.
  • bike sprints: 8 reps.
  • Elliptical for 13 minutes.

I totally forogt to do abs and KOT (knees over toes) today. I'll plick it up tomorrow. It felt great and was a super workout.

My weight this morning was 184.4 and total fat was at 16.6 pounds.

Total steps yesterday was 11,884.
