Arms 8/12/2025
It was an arm day. I wanted to switch things up a little so I used more supersets today. Let's just get to the numbers:
- Superset: OH Rope extensions & cable curls: 3 sets to failure.
- Superset: Machine dips & true preacher curls: 3 sets to failure
- Cable crossing PD: 3 sets to failure. I did a drop set for set 3.
- Pull down rev grip: This is a great bi exercise. 3 sets to failure and a drop on the last set.
- One arm high cable curls: alternating sets of 5 resps left & right for several sets of 5 to near failure.
- Alternating one arm PD for set of 5 to failure.
- Wrist cruls, both directions for 3 sets.
- Wrist roller for 3 sets.
- Giant set: Abs, KOT and jumping: 3 sets.
- Elliptical 20 minutes.
Great pump today and it felt good to use some extra supersets.
My weight this morning was 185.1.
Total steps yesterday was 18,114.
