Back & Rear Delts 9/10/2025

We did the lift today about 4 hours later than normal. I went in early and did my cardio and abs but then ate, walked the dogs and chilled for a while. The lift went well and we both got a great back pump. This is what it looked like:

  • Pulldown: 4 sets to failure.
  • Cable High Row: 3 sets to failure.
  • Seated cable pullovers: 3 sets to failure.
  • Chest supported t-bar rows: I did these with a neutral grip for 2 sets and wider grip for 1 set, all to failure.
  • Pec Deck reverse fly: 3 sets to failure.
  • cable reverse fly: 1 set.
  • Giant set: abs, knees over toes and jumping. 3 sets. I did this ealier in the moring.
  • Elliptical for 20 minutes.

This was good .. we had to deal with more people in the gym but it was still great.

My weight this morning was 185 pounds.

Total steps yesterday was 16,556.
