Legs 9/12/2025

We killed legs today. We did some serious hack squats just to get started. Here is the workout details:

  • Hack squats: 3 sets in the 6 to 8 range with a narrow and low foot placement. I pusted these to failure.
  • Seated leg curls: 3 sets to failure.
  • Leg extensions supersetted with sissy squats: 2 sets to failure.
  • Superset of leg extensions with leg press: 1 set to failure.
  • Superset of Abs and calves: 3 sets.
  • Adductors: 3 sets to failure.

I am so sore .. what a workout.

My weight this morning was 186.1 and total fat of 16.8 pounds.

Steps yesterday: 15,825.
