Legs 9/23/2025

The last couple days my legs have not felt recovered. Even my knees hurt a little. That was very odd. I think the extra time between leg days does that to me. I heard someone say, "Motion is lotion' for the joints. I believe that. It took a few sets of leg press for them to start feeling nomal, and then I killed it. Here is the workout:

  • Leg Press: 3 sets. I started with two hevier sets but not to failure. The 3rd set was lighter but I took it right to failure.
  • Hack Squat: 1 set to failiure.
  • Leg extensions supersetted with sissy squats: 2 sets to failure.
  • Giant set: Leg extensions + Hack Squat + Sissy Squat: 1 set.
  • Lying leg curls: 3 sets to failure.
  • Seated leg curls: 3 sets to failure.
  • Superset of Abs and calves: 3 sets.
  • Adductors: 3 sets to failure.

I added in 6 sets at 20 reps of reverse cable curls while resting my legs.

What a great workout.

My weight this morning was 186.4 pounds.

Steps yesterday: 15,687.
