Legs 9/27/2025

I was ready to hit legs today. This wa a ham focused workout but the reality is I did quads too. Here is the workout:

  • Lying leg curls: 3 sets to failure.
  • RDLs: I did 4 sets but stopped short of failure. I used accending weights, topping out at 300 then backing down for the last set at 245. My hams felt numb when I was finished.
  • Seated leg curls: 3 sets to failure.
  • Leg extensions: 2 sets to failure. For these sets I used higher reps and a little lighter weight.
  • Hack Squat: 2 sets to near failure.
  • Leg extensions supersetted with sissy squats: 2 sets to failure.
  • Giant set of abs, calves and adductors: 3 sets to failure.

I didn't add any pumping reps for rear delts today but my legs were shot. That was my goal today! Great workout.

My weight this morning was 186.8 pounds.

Steps yesterday: 18,898.
