Legs 9/30/2025
Today Derek and I destroyed our legs. It was a serious assult and massive pump. Here is the workout:
- Front Squats: 3 sets at 1RIR.
- Leg Press: 2 sets to failre. We started with s stright set, then did strip set (2 drops). I felt like I was going to puke.
- Leg extensions + Sissy Squats: 1 set of each to failure.
- Seated leg curls: 2 sets to failure.
- Lying leg curls: 2 sets to failure.
- Giant set of abs, calves and rev fly: 3 sets to failure.
- Adductors: 3 sets to failure.
This was a super workout. II was on a little 200mg of caffeine and had great mental focus. I always get a little mroe out of every set when I have Derek telling me to get another rep. A great workout.
My weight this morning was 186.8 pounds.
Steps yesterday: 15,956.
