My right elbow is still not back to normal ... so i did lots of pumping today.

  • Machine dip: Several sets.
  • Rope pushdown : Lots of sets.
  • True curl: 4 sets near failure.
  • True preacher curl: 4 sets to near failure.
  • Bike HIIT: 8 reps.
  • Elliptical 15 minutes.

This was not perfect but this is taking time to heal.

My weight this morning was 189.4.

Total steps yesterday was 12,344.
