Arms 1/2/2026
My right elbow is still not back to normal ... so i did lots of pumping today.
- Machine dip: Several sets.
- Rope pushdown : Lots of sets.
- True curl: 4 sets near failure.
- True preacher curl: 4 sets to near failure.
- Bike HIIT: 8 reps.
- Elliptical 15 minutes.
This was not perfect but this is taking time to heal.
My weight this morning was 189.4.
Total steps yesterday was 12,344.
