Legs 1/3/2025
It was legs today abd teg rehap is moving to more weight. Here is the workout.
- Superset: leg extensions +. seated leg curls: 5 sets of each in the 10 to 15 rep range.
- Superset: Leg press + lying leg curls: 3 ses \
- Superset: Hack Squat + seated leg curl: 1 sre.
- giant set: abs + calves + adductors: 3 sets.
- elliptical 15 minutes.
This felt great. I will continue to add weight and intensity.
Weight this morning as 189.1.
Total steps yesterday was 16,670.
