Today was a pre-travel easy day. Here is the workout:

  • Leg Extensions: 3 sets to failure.
  • Leg curls: 3 sets to failure.

  • Leg Press: nothing heavy but 2 solid sets.

  • RDL: same .. just range of motion but not heavy.

Weight this morning was 189,0 at 16 pounds of fat.

Steps yesterday was 16,334.
